De hecho, desde finales de 2020, la producci\u00f3n china de carne de cerdo ha repuntado con fuerza tras dos a\u00f1os de fuerte descenso debido a la peste porcina africana. Adem\u00e1s, hay tensiones muy fuertes en el tr\u00e1fico mar\u00edtimo que provocan un aumento significativo de los costes log\u00edsticos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Estos factores est\u00e1n teniendo un impacto muy fuerte, sobre todo en la soja y sus coproductos (tortas y aceites), los cereales, las grasas y los productos l\u00e1cteos. Los precios han alcanzado niveles hist\u00f3ricamente altos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En cuanto a las materias primas l\u00e1cteas, los fundamentos explican estos altos precios. La recogida de leche en los principales pa\u00edses productores no es tan din\u00e1mica como en a\u00f1os anteriores y, a pesar de los buenos resultados de algunos pa\u00edses productores (EE.UU., Polonia, Irlanda), esto no puede compensar la retirada de la producci\u00f3n.
